For the change to be approved, the item must:

\u2022 Be clean, free of odors, stains, alterations, or modifications.
Shipping costs incurred due to exchanges based on personal preference, size, or product code will be the customer's responsibility.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
If your garment has a manufacturing defect, you may contact us within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
The item will be inspected by our team to determine whether the warranty applies in accordance with current regulations.

\u2022 Normal wear and tear on the garment.
\u2022 Improper washing or drying.

Changes are subject to inventory availability.
If the item you purchased is out of stock, you can choose another item of equal value or pay the difference if you select a higher-priced item.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
DUNATOS does not issue refunds for changes in size, color, personal preference, or product model.
Refunds will only be issued in the cases provided for by Colombian law governing e-commerce and consumer protection.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
